● What kind of posters do you sell?
Our posters are high-quality matte prints designed for durability and vibrant colors. Each piece is carefully checked before shipping.

● How long does shipping take?
Orders usually take 2–5 business days to process and print. Shipping typically takes:

• U.S. orders: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days
  (Delays may happen during holidays.)

● Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Posters must be unused and in original condition. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we’ll send a replacement.

● What if my package arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the damage and email us within 48 hours. We’ll send you a new print at no cost.

● Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Right now we only offer the listed sizes, but we may open custom requests in the future.

● Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase (before printing begins).
